What is your role in BCH? 

I am the Nurse Manager at the Juvenile Justice Center (JJC/Fairmont Clinic)

Can you describe to me the organization culture at BCH? 

The organization culture @ BCH is built on collaboration. The level of respect & professionalism amongst colleagues and partners truly sets BCH in a class all our own.

What is your personal story? How did you get here? 

This month marks my 12^th year with BCH. I started at the JJC first through a registry, then worked as a staff nurse when BCH acquired the contract with Alameda County to service the youth at the JJC, became a Charge Nurse & ultimately was presented with the amazing opportunity to be the Nurse Manager. It’s where I’m supposed to be.
