The San Francisco Department of Children, Youth, and their Families (DCYF) is providing free emergency childcare for healthcare workers.
Emergency Childcare for Ages 0-4
- The YMCA of San Francisco is offering free emergency childcare at three of their sites. Visit this link for more information.
- Families may apply to have the Children’s Council of San Francisco help them find emergency childcare. Interested families must fill out Children’s Council’s Emergency Childcare Intake Form.
Emergency Child and Youth Care for Grades K-8
- The SF Rec & Park is offering free emergency child and youth care at 28 sites throughout the City. The sites are open Monday-Friday from 6:30am to 7:30pm. If anyone on your staff is interested in this service, please send me their email addresses and I will send them the registration link.
- The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, the Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center, and the YMCA of San Francisco are also offering emergency child and youth care. Visit this page for more information.
Emergency Care for Youth Ages 13-17
- The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco are offering emergency care for teens at their Columbia Park and Willie Mays Clubhouses. Visit this link for more information.
