Alicia is also the Logistics Specialist for the Quality Built-In (QBI) Department and Lean Certified. The QBI team creates a culture where everyone at every level of the organization is engaged in the design, and ongoing use of optimized, evidenced based work processes. 

Alicia obtained her bachelors of arts degree in Human Development – Women’s Studies from California State University, East Bay.
